English Language Assessments & Advice

HubL is an independent hub which helps asylum seekers, refugees and migrants access the most appropriate English classes for them.

We offer face-to-face English (ESOL) language assessments, which can be booked through our website. We also provide information and guidance on available classes and help with enrolment.

HubL language assessments take place regularly at community hubs and libraries in Norwich. They’re free for everyone, regardless of income or immigration status.
